Yoga the Miracle cure… Really?

Welcome to the next level of well-being and fitness, transformation by Yoga

Yoga thought in synergy is a master tool for holistic well-being

“Synergy means the behaviour of whole systems unpredicted by the behaviour of their parts.” R. Buckminster Fuller

Yoga has many faces – yoga therapy has many angles

some still work current biomechanics as in the muscular-skeletal theory

I combine, not solely but mainly, these theories with Yoga

Fascia – Meridians – Osteopressure – Breath -Emotions making it my own spin-off.

It’s fun trying all these options on youtube

What Yoga is capable off when learned the traditional 1 to 1 way.

1. Less stress? Yes and No

STRESS MANAGEMENT – The cause of most illnesses.
Change your response to stress as we strengthen your nervous system.
Yoga helps to lower the levels of the stress hormone, cortisol and creates a sharp and awake mind ready to conquer the life lessons ahead.
Other related benefits include weight loss, lower blood pressure, and heart rate,
improving digestion and boosting the immune system as well as easing symptoms of conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, asthma and insomnia.
Does it reduce the stress that you encounter in daily life? NO.

2. A healthy happy body? Yes!

PAIN THERAPY – The first step to healing.
Move correctly and Arthritis & Co will be kept at bay.
Studies have demonstrated that practising yoga asanas (postures), fascia release or a combination of the two regularly, reduces pain.
Postural alignment to remove or reduce unneeded distress on joints and muscles.
I also offer OSTEO PRESSURE TREATMENTS
Make your body and mind your friends in the search for balance.
Will once a week Yoga Therapy take my pain away forever? NO most likely not.
It is a self-home practice that makes all the difference after we have found your routine and you have learned to do it correctly.

3. The feeling of rejuvenation? Yes!

BREATHWORK – Oxygen is vital and often undervalued. (breathing to survive vs oxygenation)
ENERGY WORK – Have your tanks with life force energy (aligned flow)
BODYWORK – Release tension out of fascia and muscles (Melt)
Yoga teaches people how to breathe effectively to increase the amount of oxygen available to the body, very inspiring and rejuvenating.
Less known is the role of breathing to the nervous system.
Pranayama (breath control) is often more effective than meditation in matters of depression, physical tension, anxiety and stress control.
This is often where the magical journey begins.

4. Feeling less of a stiffy? Yes!

INCREASES YOUR FLEXIBILITY? Yes – Hydration plays a key role.
You are as old as your spine is flexible.
Yoga helps to improve flexibility and mobility, increasing a healthy range of movement and reducing aches and pains.
Many people can’t touch their toes during their first yoga classes. Gradually they begin to use the correct technique and muscles.
Over time, the ligaments, tendons, and muscles align and lengthen, increasing elasticity and nourishment of the cells.
Yoga also helps to improve body alignment through good neuro pathway connections, resulting in better posture and helping to relieve back, neck, joint and muscle problems.

5. Power when you need it, without throwing your back out? Yes!

INCREASES YOUR STRENGTH? Yes – surprising how it does give you so much more control back.
Control and recruitment of muscle is key A hand full of connections can carry more than any single isolated muscle ever will.

Yoga Muscles are lean, intelligent muscles not bulky and disconnected.
Yoga asanas (postures) aim to use every muscle in the body, helping to increase strength literally from head to toe.
And, while these postures strengthen the body, they also provide an additional benefit of helping to relieve muscular tension rather than leaving you aching with lactic acid.

6. A healthy happy heart? Yes, for sure in more ways than you might think!

IMPROVED CIRCULATION – No.1 killer in Scotland is heart disease.
Yoga and HeartMath are great buddies finally there are studies that your happiness changes your DNA and therefore even inherited diseases.
Yoga is a great cardiovascular option for any person not keen to wear down their joints.
Yoga helps to improve circulation through poses and breathing more efficiently, moving oxygenated blood to the body’s cells.
It works by massaging the internal organs and detoxifying, freeing vital organs of harmful toxins.
Yoga benefits by lowering resting heart rate, increasing endurance and improving oxygen uptake during exercise.
It’s the mix of breathing techniques and postures that do the trick.
Can Yoga mend a broken heart? Maybe, we believe that only an open heart has the power to grow and forgive.

7. A science that’s not wasting your time? Yes!

NEVER GOES OUT OF FASHION – 5000 years of knowledge, research science still leaves the modern doctors baffled.
These Ayurvedic Physicians knew things thousands of years back that are now adopted as cutting-edge medicine. Body, Mind and Breath are connected and interact as one – healing lies in the lap of the Trinity. There are different styles popping up all over, new is not always best and often its more fashion than Yoga. All styles offer a door in and invite you to learn more when you are ready.
