I typically work on clothes in a Thai-style approach, focusing on meridian flows.
As your body becomes relaxed, the pressure will gradually be increased to relax specific areas and relieve areas of muscular tension and trigger points.

With every session, Energy work is included for intuitive guidance and manifesting of change in the body and my own protection so I do not pick up your tension and stress 🙂

What should you do during the massage or bodywork session?
Massage and bodywork are most effective when both of our bodies are not resisting and our breathing is calm and relaxed.
Prior to the massage, feel free to ask me any questions about the technique or the upcoming session.
Mutual boundaries are sacred.
During the massage, make yourself comfortable feel free to readjust yourself whenever needed.
I will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm).
Many people just close their eyes and completely relax. Others feel happy to communicate about anything they want to share.

How will I feel after the massage or bodywork session?
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity.
You might experience lightheadedness or floatiness from all the shifting and release.
After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days.
Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, it is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage.
