1. Is this the same as massage or physio?
Not quite. While massage and physiotherapy are powerful tools, my work focuses on the communication between your nervous system, fascia, and movement habits. I use energy lines, my intution, gentle osteopressure and targeted movement to help your body reset tension patterns at the source—not just chase symptoms.

2. How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’ve been stretching, massaging, or treating pain but still feel like something’s missing—this might be your missing piece. My sessions are especially helpful for long-standing pain, rest & sleep issues, recurring tension, stiffness, and discomfort that seems to shift from one place to another. You don’t have to be in pain—just curious and ready to listen to your body in a new way. Simone's experience and combination of her Liebscher & Bracht Experience covers all of you.
 
3. Will this hurt?
Well, My work is precise and I target trigger points. Pure Liebscher & Bracht Pain Therapy is known to be quite painful. I have integrated the work into a more holistic approach. Clients feel relief, release, or a pleasant sense of space 30 sec after the pressure is released. Some areas may feel tender at first (especially if they've been holding tension for a long time), but we move slowly, breathe through it and lower resistance, with your nervous system’s comfort in mind. We trigger brain responses so fighting the signal is counter productive we work within your comfort zone. 
 
 
4. Is yoga therapy suitable for everyone?
 NO, while yoga therapy can be adapted to suit people of all ages, fitness levels, and health conditions to see Simone at her house you need to be able to manage stairs. But more importantly, you need to be ready to put the work in as it is what happens between sessions that moves the needle.
 
5. What can I expect during a yoga therapy session?
   - During a yoga therapy session, you can expect to have an initial free consultation to discuss your health history, goals, and concerns. Together we find the right combination of movements outside the box within your ability, breathwork, guided relaxation, and meditation techniques... Sessions are typically conducted in a private, allowing for individualised attention, confidentiality and support.
 
6. Is yoga therapy supported by scientific research?
Yes, there is a growing body of scientific research supporting the effectiveness of yoga therapy for various health conditions. Simone LOVES research and is always eager to share studies that yoga therapy can help reduce pain, improve flexibility and strength, lower stress levels, enhance mood and well-being, and support overall physical and mental health.
